Health requires you to take great care of your invisible world

What is health? Health in the human being is wholeness: the mind, the heart, the will, the body, the soul, and the spirit, all moving in one direction, in absolute unity. Wholeness.

Health is life in God, while illness is life centered in the self. The purpose of illness is to heal people. The main thing that must be healed in a person is the way of life, the way of thinking. There are no illnesses; there are weaknesses. Illnesses themselves are healers. The question is whether you become aware of what is being asked of you. The essential thing is not merely to heal a person, but to show them the spiritual Path.

Health means wholeness. We are healthy when we are whole. The signs of illness can be found in a person’s words, in the way they think, in the way they speak; there are also signs in the right eye...

When God wants to teach you, He gives you illness; when He wants to punish you, He deprives you of reason. For an unreasonable person, both health and illness can lead to ruin. You know how many people have misused their health: through harmful choices, destructive actions, and many other things. Health is given so that you may dedicate your life to God and to Truth, just as Love and Freedom are given. Freedom is given so that we may choose God. The ancient Hermes says that Freedom was given because it is God-like.

What nourishes health is an ancient and subtle energy, the fine energy within the human being. It is subtle thinking, deep thinking, hidden thinking, pure thinking. The human being is an energetic phenomenon, and health is radiant energy.

The Elixir of Life is an immense reserve of hidden and pure energy. How is such a reserve created? Through wise speech, wise silence, a prayerful spirit, and so on. To be healthy, you must understand the words you speak. If evil does not arise within you, you are already healthy. Here we are speaking even of the smallest evil, microscopic evil. If there is no cause, no possibility for it to arise, this is a true measure. If there is not even the smallest evil within a person, there is no death. To live according to Truth is the Path to health.

All illnesses reveal a lack of energy. Energy is the principal capital that can help a person in their development. Silence is a great inner key for those who are awake; it gathers the powers of the Word. It increases life, that is, the vital force. It is a method of healing. Silence and prayer are two great cosmic forces. All anxieties are healed through calmness and stillness, because higher forces are at work there.

Without energy, medicines have little meaning. Energy is the main factor in rapid recovery. The greatest dissipation of energy comes from inactivity.

All people who lack willpower are vulnerable to illness. Those without willpower lose their future. All illnesses are weaker than you because the mighty Spirit is within you, secretly dwelling inside you. Slowly and quietly develop the will, because the will is of the greatest importance. Fasting and sacred formulas can destroy every kind of illness. Be vigilant when illness begins to enter. It enters unnoticed. Vigilance is the Eye of the Spirit; it can detect this creeping force.

Whoever has lost God, even their health becomes an illness. God knows everything, both visible and hidden. He decides everything. All power belongs to Him. Without love for God, healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle can become an illusion.
Do not be afraid of illnesses; they lead to inner contemplation. They uproot old debts and intensify the inner activity of the Spirit. Do not speak negatively about illness, so that you do not strengthen it.

When you are ill, give thanks and seek healing, but let your gratitude not be mechanical, because illness recognizes the power of Love. Through gratitude, the power of Love increases. Ingratitude destroys and ages you. The rejection of Love always ends in serious illness.

Every illness is healed through the energy of Love, that is, through the energy of God. Every illness can be dissolved through thought in the same way that it was formed, but this requires a new consciousness. If a greedy person and a liar do not change their thinking, they do not change their path either. The most severe illnesses arise from falsehood, especially from conscious deception. When you love, you attract all the elements of health, peace, and light.

The humble person abides in Love and understanding, and will be uplifted, because God gives the humble person perception of their Path, perception of themselves, and there another law begins to operate.

Health depends on the ability to recognize what is essential in your life. This ability is extremely important. Whoever succeeds in seeing what is essential in their life will recover. People seek liberation from suffering and illness, but the law says: Do not ask to be freed from suffering and illness; ask for understanding.

The Master Beinsa Douno said something beautiful: “What is health?” And he answered: “When everything is taken from you, your health, your friends, your homes, your possessions, what must remain? If Love remains within you, that is health.” Notice the measure, the diagnosis: a true and pure measure.

People also become ill because of many visible and invisible enemies. What is the greatest protection against these enemies and dangers? It is a loving inner state toward them, toward both enemies and dangers. The moment you begin to love, it is as if the Sun itself has begun to love the ice. The ice has no choice; it simply begins to melt, because Love is God.

Whoever works with harmful words, with parasitic words, enters into their own destiny and into old patterns of destruction, and illness comes upon them. If old illnesses are already present, new ones may come as well, because the person calls them forth; they become a magnet. Mastering harmful words means mastering evil beings, for they are hidden parasites.

Parasites work very subtly and almost imperceptibly. Regardless of whether a person calls themselves “successful,” they may work secretly within them and slowly undermine them. Another dangerous parasite is pride, because it can turn health, happiness, and success into punishment.

Both the proud person and the happy person may live beside a serpent, but the proud person suffers sooner. In the proud person, suffering arrives quickly, while in the happy person the serpent may sleep for a very long time.

This parasite, pride, is extremely dangerous, especially when it clothes itself in humility and imitates it. It presents itself as humble, but this is deception. Only one who has attained true humility can recognize it easily; for others, it will be more difficult. Because of these parasites, the lives of many people are built upon false concepts.

Every illness is energy that has been taken away, to a greater or lesser degree. Every organ whose vibrations have become weakened must begin to be recharged through the Word, through the right approach, through suitable food, and through eating in moderation, so that its strength may be restored.

Only a very strong and pure aspiration toward Truth can stand as a guardian against parasites. It is not merely a strong desire; it is a powerful striving toward Truth. Empty conversations and impure words are also forms of illness. They are the diseased parasites preparing their work. All of this is part of a very subtle and ancient war, a war that began in Lemuria, continued in Atlantis, and so on.

Lock harmful words within yourself; in this way you will control the evil beings. Speak only the pure Word, and in this way you will establish a connection with higher beings. Every impure word that escapes creates events in the invisible world. This means that it creates conditions for illness, because all words are beings that seek to materialize.

All words, both good and harmful, seek embodiment. They are living forces seeking manifestation. Impure words are more dangerous and more harmful than illness itself. Impure words rob us of health, joy, and true understanding. They distort our intentions. They deprive a person of Vigilance and awareness, and the person becomes an outward being, an external being entangled in illusion.

There are even cases in which God Himself does not wish to speak to such beings. And yet there are people who rush to “save” them, while God Himself does not wish it. Imagine what kind of “salvation” that can produce.

Suggested words attack the mind, while mental images attack the imagination. Do not listen to what fallen spirits tell you or try to implant within you. You must choose your own words. Do not accept every suggestion, even when it comes from friends, doctors, or anyone else. You must choose what you listen to, what you accept, and what you reject.

Properly chosen words are a special kind of medicine. Why? Because such words are pure energy, healing energy, a universal medicine. That is why the Bible says that we shall give account for every word.

We must therefore be ahead of our words. We must observe them and learn to master them. This may be achieved through one or two years of exercises in self-control, not through dreaming, not merely through reading books, but through actual exercises in conscious control.

Love for Truth is health, because Love for Truth gives us the greatest amount of this special energy.
The purpose of illness is to heal people.
