Terms & Conditions

This document contains the general terms of the contract for the use of the information services and resources provided by "Portal 12" Ltd through the Website Portal12.org (accessible from the domain www.Portal12.org) and regulates the relations between "Portal 12" Ltd and each of the users of the information services and resources available through the Portal12.org website.

I.                   Definitions

In applying and interpreting these Terms of Use, the terms and expressions used shall have the following meanings:
1.1. 1.2. "Electronic link" is a link indicated in a certain Internet page that allows an automated reference to another Internet page, information resource or object through standardized protocols.
1.3. "Malicious actions" are actions or inactions that violate Internet ethics or cause harm to persons connected to the Internet or associated networks, sending spam, junk mail, flooding channels, gaining access to foreign resources rights and passwords, using flaws in systems for one's own benefit or obtaining information (HACK), performing actions that can be qualified as industrial espionage or sabotage, damaging or destroying systems or information arrays (CRACK), sending "Trojan horses" or causing the installation of viruses or remote control systems, disrupting the normal work of other Internet users and associated networks, performing any actions that can be qualified as a crime or an administrative offense under Bulgarian legislation or under other applicable law.
1.4. "Web page" is a part of a website, which can be composite or separate.
1.5. "Information system/ System" is a device or a system of connected devices which or any of which is designed to store, send or receive electronic documents.
1.6. "Unsolicited Commercial Messages" are Commercial Messages sent without prior request by the recipient.
1.7. "Password" is a unique combination of letters, numbers and/or characters chosen by the User, which, together with the e-mail address or Username specified by the User during registration, serves to access his user profile.
1.8. "User" is any person who uses the information services and resources provided through the Portal12.org Website.
1.9. "User Profile" is a separate part of the Website Portal12.org, containing information about the Registered User, required by Portal 12 during registration and stored by Portal 12, and access to the User Profile by the Registered User is carried out by entering the e-mail address specified during registration address or Username and Password. The User Profile enables the Registered User to use certain Services to which access is limited, to configure the use of the Services, to complete, change and update information about himself, to terminate the use of the Services, to change the e-mail address specified by him upon registration, and his Password, to publish, organize and remove User Content published by him, etc.
1.10. "User Content" is any text, photograph, other graphic content, multimedia content, video material, electronic reference or other material, including any advertisement, comment or opinion, that the User places on a Portal 12 Server for the purpose of making it available through the Portal12.org for all or part of the other Users.
1.11. "Username" is a unique code of letters, numbers and characters chosen by the Registered User, by means of which, and accordingly with the Password chosen by him, he is individualized on the Website Portal12.org and gets access to his User Profile.
1.12. "Registered User" is any User who has successfully completed the registration procedure and created a User Profile to use the Services available through the Portal12.org Website.
1.13. "Unregistered User" is any User who does not meet the criteria for a Registered User.
1.14. "Accidental event" is a circumstance of an extraordinary nature, unforeseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract, which makes the provision of the Services objectively impossible.
